BANGLADESH IN THE 21ST CENTURY

Time flies away very soon. It does not stand still. In the same way the 20th century has sunk into oblivion of time. We have entered into the 21st century. We have seen many dazzling discoveries and inventions and at the same time we have faced many problems in the 20th century. People all over the world expect that the 21st century will bring about more and more and newer and newer things before their eyes. People will also enjoy more peace, progress and prosperity. At the same time natural calamities or environmental problems may visit this century. Like the people of the world the people of Bangladesh expect that they would be able to keep peace with time. They will be able to overcome the problems such as population problem. illeteracy, poverty, power crises, and above all political problem etc. And they will raise their head, come out as an emerging tiger, lead a decent life with due honour and dignity.
