I, on behalf of the students of your college, have the honour to state that we want to open a relief camp in the college because the local people have greatly been affected by floods. Everybody has been suffering greatly due to it. We are greatly overwhelmed at people's deplorable condition.
I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to permit us to open a relief camp in the college for helping the people and oblige us thereby.
