Cake 
- I prefer cake to bread. (U)
- Give him a piece of cake. (C)

Beauty 
- She is a beauty. (C)
- She had beauty even in her old age. (U)

Noise 
- We heard a noise. (C)
- Mere noise will not please me. (U)

Brick 
- The mosque is built of brick. (U)
- Some bricks were bought. (C)

Chicken 
- He sold three chickens. (C)
- He likes soup of chicken. (U)

Decision  
- He took a decisive decision. (C)
- Give your decision. (U)

Justice 
- Now a days there is no justice. (U)
- The judge delivered a fair justice. (C)

Time 
- Don't kill your time. (U)
- He had a good time in his youth. (C)

Hair 
- I got my hair cut. (U)
- I found a hair in my plate. (C)

Flower 
- Flowers are gift of nature. (U)
- I plucked three flowers from tho garden.(C)

Work 
- They are at work. (U)
- I have read some works of Milton. (C)

Talk 
- He is a man of tall talk. (U)
- He is busy in an important talk. (C)

War 
- War is a great curse for human being. (U)
- A terrible war took place between Iraq and Kuwait. (C)


📝 Business, trade, traffic are Uncountable Nouns when they refer to those activities in general, but they are Countable Nouns when they are used in the following way:

Mr. Ahad has gone to Japan on business (U) .
He runs a big business (C).
Trade (exchange of goods) is going well between Japan and Bangladesh.
Everyboy should learn a trade to earn his livelihood. (a way of earning his living).
