Subject: An application for a canteen
Dear Sir,
We would like t& state that we are the students of your college. We are to attend classes from 8.00 a.m. to 3 p.m. During this period we get hungry and need to take tiffin. But we can not avail ourselves of the opportunity of taking refreshments in the interval as there is no canteen in our college or in the nearby area. We think that it will be of great use to us if there is a canteen in our college campus.
Therefore, we expect that you would be kind enough to take steps to set up a canteen in our college campus.
