Differences between With and By

Differences between With and By

Now we will see how both with and by are used in a sentence to create different meanings of the sentence.  Readers are a little confused by these sentences.

 For example:
1. I saw the lady with a dog.
2. I saw the lady by a dog.

Example 1 here refers to a woman with a dog.  Example 2 shows the woman next to a dog.  So even if with and by are used in the same sentence, they change the meaning of the sentence.

 With
With is usually used in the following cases as a rule.

 Together
 Having something
 (to) use something
 (to) show feeling
 Agreement

 1. Together: When two people or two things are physically together.

 For examples:
I was with Anis yesterday when the accident happened.
I was with Anis when the accident happened yesterday.

See here I was physically with Anis when the accident happened.
There could be two objects instead of two people.
For example: I love to eat my burger with mustard.
Here again there is another anomaly, which is actually used as informal, which we often use or hear.

For examples:
Anis has been with Saima for three years.
Anis and Saima have been together for three years.
Here but they do not have a place physically.  They are in a relationship.

 2. Having something means having something.

For example: I am looking for a house with a pool!  I'm looking for a house with a pond.
There is talk of a house, which also has a pond.

 3. To use something means to accomplish a task using an object.  Maybe it looks a little random. See the example below to make it clear.

For example: You can clean your kitchen with vinegar.  You can clean the kitchen with vinegar.
Here it is meant to clean the kitchen using vinegar.

 4. To show feeling is to show the feeling behind something happening.  Let's look at an example.  Then the matter will be clearer.

For example: He opened the door with fear.  He opened the door in fear.
See here fear is a feeling and opening the door is an act or event.  The incident of opening the door happened with a feeling of fear.

 5. Agreement means to support someone.  You can use it if you agree with someone else's opinion.
For example: I am with Anis.  I'm with Anis.
Here you can see it in two ways.  First of all, in the sense of being in the physical body which we discussed earlier.  And the second is to support him even if you are not physically.

 By
It also has some usage rules.  They are highlighted below.

 Beside
 Time
 In passive voice
 Method
 Do something alone

 1. Beside means next to something.

For example: I parked the car by the supermarket.  I parked the car next to the supermarket.
Another thing here is, when there is speed to understand the side.  Suppose it means to walk by the side and then it is past or past then sit by.
For example: I walked by your office this afternoon.  I walked past your office in the evening.

 2. Time means within a certain period of time.  That means not being late for a certain period of time.

For example: Make sure you are home by midnight.  Come home before midnight.
A specific time has been specified.

 3. We all know the use of by in passive voice.
E.g .: I’d like to be cut my hair by Rinku.  I want Rinku to cut my hair.

 4. Method means the means by which a task is accomplished

For example: I go to office by bike.  I go to the office with the bike.
The bike here is a medium by which I go to the office.

 5. Do something alone.

For example: You can go home;  I can clean up by myself.
